JTurner Consulting, LLC ("JTurner," "we," "us," or "our") is a legal consulting and estate planning firm located in Fayette County, Georgia. All legal services are provided in partnership with The Rouse Firm, LLC (www.therousefirm.com). This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our Estate & Legacy Plan Assessment form and related online services.

4. Data Sharing
Your information may be shared only in limited circumstances: (a) with service providers necessary to deliver our legal services (e.g., secure document platforms, e-signature providers); (b) as required by law, court order, or applicable bar rules governing professional responsibility; or (c) with your explicit written consent.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and secure storage practices. However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Information submitted through this form is retained for a period necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein and to comply with applicable legal and professional obligations, typically no less than seven (7) years from the date of submission or the conclusion of any engagement.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us in writing. Deletion requests are subject to our legal and professional obligation to retain certain records.
8. Children's Privacy
This form is intended for use by adults (age 18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. Information about minor dependents is collected only as provided by an adult guardian or parent.

4. Accuracy of Information

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fayette County, Georgia.
9. Modifications
JTurner Consulting, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Form after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
